Gaucha da Serra Tradicional is a blend of Yerba Mate, or erva mate as its called in Brazil, which is more finely cut than the traditional Mate so you will need a special bombilla or Bomba to be able to filter it properly.
Erva mate Gaucha da Serra is produced in the South of Brazil and is one of the most important plantations of Brazilian mate: Ervateria Gaucha da Serra.
